Mr. DiNapoli is Of Counsel to Dankser & Aspormonte. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and attended Xavierian High School in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Mr. DiNapoli received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York, and his Law Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey where he served as Managing Editor of the Sport and Entertainment Law Journal. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 2008, and New Jersey in 2007.
Upon graduation from Law School he was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County Office of the District Attorney and was immediately assigned to the office Trial Bureau. As an ADA, Mr. DiNapoli prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from Driving While Intoxicated, Drug Offenses, Assaults, and other serious crimes. In 2010, Mr. DiNapoli left the District Attorney’s Office and entered into private practice where he focused on criminal defense matters and general civil litigation. Later, Mr. DiNapoli pursued an opportunity to work at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on setting up and managing corporate retirement plans for business entities.
Since July 2017, he has been Of Counsel to Dansker & Aspormonte Associates, where he utilizes his blend of courtroom experience and business acumen to provide a unique service to his clients. Mr. DiNapoli is a member of Community Board 11 in Kings County, NY where he sits on the Public Safety Committee, he is a member of the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. DiNapoli limits his practice to Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and select Commercial matters.
