Ryan Muennich is an immigration law attorney, focusing on all areas of practice, particularly immigration court proceedings and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals. He has extensive trial experience in New York Immigration Courts and the New York Field Office for USCIS. He personally visits clients who are currently detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Ryan graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was active in public interest groups. He attended Case Western Reserve University on a full scholarship, where he majored in Anthropology and Chinese. He previously served as the managing attorney at a boutique immigration firm in Queens.
Licensed to practice law in both Ohio and New York, and also Federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Ryan is able to represent clients in immigration matters across the country. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyers Association.
