Dansker & Aspromonte LLP Associates, the New York City-based personal injury law firm, today announced a settlement in Queens Supreme court. The settlement reached was in favor of a plaintiff injured in a 20-foot fall from a ladder in 2007 in Scarsdale, NY. The plaintiff fell off of an unsecured ladder while installing crown molding at the top of a second-story room. The ladder slipped from beneath him, causing him to fall, sustaining injuries to his face, head, knee, mouth and shoulder.
