All candidates for the First Responder Scholarship must be applicants to at least one undergraduate college or university. Applicants must also be related to a first responder. Students must submit their essays via the form provided on the Dansker & Aspromonte Associates First Responder Scholarship application page.
Essays must be sent in by December 31, 2020. Any late or incorrectly formatted submissions will be disqualified.
Application Selection Committee
Essays will be vetted by a scholarship committee, which will select a winner after reviewing all eligible submissions. The committee is not liable for any problems, such as technical difficulties, that prevent applicants from submitting their essays on time or through the required method.
The scholarship committee will only review essays that comply with the listed eligibility criteria, and reserves the right to request additional information from applicants. All decisions by the committee are final.
Privacy of Applicants
All information submitted to Dansker & Aspromonte Associates will not be disclosed to any third parties. The information included in applicants’ submissions will solely be used for consideration of the applicant’s writing ability.
Dansker & Aspromonte Associates will not otherwise distribute or share submitted information.
Announcing the Winner
Dansker & Aspromonte Associates reserves the right to publish the name of the scholarship winner, as well as the winning essay, on the Dansker & Aspromonte Associates website, in press releases, and on related social media accounts.
