Chris Bussard’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and wills, trusts and estates. He is also responsible for most general practice cases. He previously worked for Charles Juntikka & Associates, often called “the busiest bankruptcy law firm” in New York, where he conducted well over a thousand client meetings in bankruptcy cases. For a brief time he also served as the entire general litigation department for a small Queens law firm. Chris also draws from a broad variety of experience, including as a computer programmer, a master swim coach and even a volunteer zookeeper.
Chris graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2007, where he was a member of Global Studies Law Review and the pro-democracy organization Justg Democracy. He obtained his undergraduate BA from Swathmore College in 2003.
Chris Bussard is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, and has lived in Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and New York. He currently lives in Forest Hills, Queens with his wife. He has a weakness for burgers and fries
